It seems the worst of the pandemic is behind us. During this time health care providers continue to adhere to all safety protocols including masks, hand sanitization, screenings and disinfection protocols.

Please note if you develop any of the symptoms described in the COVID-19 screening waiver form (received within 48 hours of your appointment) you cannot be treated. Please cancel your appointment immediately, take an online self-assessment and contact your MD or Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

**If you show up with any COVID positive symptoms I must turn you away for your appointment and you would be required to pay the full fee for your session. Please give as much time as possible to reschedule your appointment to be fair to everyone.**
