Fees

60 minute session $156 +HST

90 minute session $234 +HST

Bookings

You can view my schedule and make appointments with the Book Online button on every page of this website (see the upper right hand corner). If you are unsure of what type of service to book, massage therapy is a good general treatment option to start. There's no problem to change, we can discuss and decide together in person if something different would be more optimal.

Changes & Cancellations

I respectfully request 72 hours notice for changes or cancellations.

Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, no exceptions.

I do not accept cancellations made through voicemail. Your appointment confirmation / reminder may have this option or you can send an email to the address provided below.

Information

Forms

All forms must be filled out prior to your first session so that I can plan a day ahead of time. For subsequent visits you can opt to fill out the Reason for Visit form ahead of time if you have a new concern.

Annual updates are mandated by the CMTO.

How to Find

Finding the building for the first time can be tricky therefore I recommend giving yourself enough time. The address is 1655 Dupont Street. At street level you will see Saving Mondays café on the corner and the building entrance is right next door with an orange frame around it.

Arrive Early

To be fair to everyone, I am unable to extend your time if you are running late.

Meetup Spot

Appointments BEFORE 9am I will meet you in the building lobby on the ground floor, by the entrance where the elevator is.

Appointments 9am or LATER I will meet you on the second floor which is the reception lounge. If there is someone at the desk just let them know you are there to see me. y

COVID

Masking is optional for patients. I continue to mask, remain up to date with vaccines and have all health protocols in place.

No Tipping

My services are gratuity-free. In the same manner, I do not seek reviews. My solo practice has mostly been word of mouth which is my preference.

Bring Payment Options

Please be sure to bring a payment option with you as I do not charge the card in the system unless an appointment was missed or for a short notice cancellation.

Receipts

Electronic receipts are provided after the session once payment is complete. I do not direct bill nor do I provide acupuncture receipts. All services offered are within the scope of massage therapy and all receipts are issued for Registered Massage Therapy only.

Cancellation List

If you do not see your preferred time within my weekly hours (see below) please contact me via email and I can add you to the cancellation list.

Communications

I may be in session or with family, patience in returning your communication is appreciated.

Replies may be slow on weekends and are usually returned Monday to Friday.
